Exchange Policy

We offer a 60-day exchange policy, providing store credit for both online and in-store purchases. You have 60 days from the date of receiving your item to request an exchange in the form of a store credit. We do not offer refunds. 

Return Shipping

  • Free return shipping is available within 7 days of receiving your item.

  • After 7 days, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

 

Exchange Eligibility To be eligible for an exchange, items must be in their original condition—unused and undamaged. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your item qualifies, we’ll provide a return shipping label. If the request is made beyond the 7-day free return window, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

On The Table, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Once an item has left our facility, we are not liable for replacement. Claims should be filed with the shipping carrier.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for exchanges:

  • Holiday items

  • Sale items

  • Items that have been used or contain food

  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)

  • Items not stocked in-store

  • Tablecloths, dinnerware sets, faux flower arrangements

  • Personal care products (beauty items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Final Sale Items We do not accept exchanges on sale items and gift cards.

Exchanges We offer exchanges in the form of online or in-store credit, which can be used for future purchases. Once we receive and inspect your exchange, store credit will be issued for the item's value. Our exchange policy is valid for 60 days from the purchase date, and store credits have no expiration.

Pre-Order Items Pre-order items depend on manufacturer availability and may take 1-8 weeks or longer to arrive. Shipping dates are beyond our control. For inquiries, please call us at 201-342-1089.

Sale Items All sale items are final sale and sold as-is. Gift wrapping is available for $5 at checkout. For multiple gift wrap requests, please select the desired quantity at checkout. No price adjustments will be made on sale items. Discounts or promotions cannot be applied unless explicitly stated.
